1. There will be 3 groups of 6 teams and 1 group of 7 teams in the first round. All teams in their individual group play each other once.

2A. After the 1st round numbers 1 and 2 of each group will be qualified for the quarter finals, semi finals and finals for places 1 until 8 in accordance with the game schedule.

2B. After the 1st round numbers 3 and 4 of each group will be qualified for the quarter finals, semi finals and finals for places 9 until 16 in accordance with the game schedule.

2C. After the 1st round numbers 5 of each group will be qualified for group E for places 17 until 20. All teams in their individual group play each other once.
