Participation fee: EUR 595,00

After registration you will receive an invoice for a deposit of 200 euros, to be paid within the specified time (no exception can be made). All payments must be made by bank transfer. Once the deposit is paid, the participant will be accepted for the camp. The application is binding. Participant who fails to pay the deposit by bank will not be guaranteed a place in the camp.

The balance (participation fee minus the deposit fee of Euro 200.00) will be called in till August 1st 2023.

Application which will not be among the participants will get their Euro 200.00 back. When cancellations are made after participant has been accepted in the camp no refund can be given on the deposit.

If camp will be postpone or cancel, the deposit will be refund.

We also arrange accommodation and transportation for your personal needs during your stay.
