U9-18 tournaments

Package fee ( 1 player + 2 quests) = 528 euro for 4 nights in 4* hotel, breakfasts for all + 5 warm meals for player in the rink

Padgage fee ( 1 player + 3 guests) = 704 euro for 4 nights in 4* hotel, breakfasts for all + 5 warm meals for player in the rink

 

U13/U15 tournaments:

Package fee ( 1 player + 2 quests) = 656 euro for 5 nights in 4* hotel, breakfasts for all + 7 warm meals for player in the rink

Padgage fee ( 1 player + 3 guests) = 876 euro for 5 nights in 4* hotel, breakfasts for all + 7 warm meals for player in the rink

 

 

CANCELATION POLICY:     

  • Teams who will not be among the participants will get their Euro 400.00 back. When cancellations are made after your team has been accepted in the tournament no refund can be given.

PARENTS:

Parents can stay in the same hotel as players and coaches if required but can also be booked in one of our other partner hotels.

Twin (Double) room: EUR 80,00 per night with breakfasts

Triple room: EUR 114,00 per night with breakfasts

TRANSPORTATION:

We also arrange transportation for your personal needs during your stay.

  •   One-way transfer cost 120 EUR with 21% VAT, we offer 47-53 sets busses.

  •   A package of 6 transfers between arena and hotel during group stage - 720 EUR with 21%VAT per

    team;

  •   Private bus for the whole day - 595 EUR with 21%VAT per team per day.

  •   Sightseeing bus tour in Riga City with audio guide - 285 EUR with 21%VAT per hour.

     

FLIGHT ORDERS:

airBaltic ensures special offers for tournament participants and will make flight from Riga much more pleasant.

The offer includes:

  • a special price for the sports group flight tickets;

  • 2 baggage pieces per person;

  • a separate check in for the flight from Riga;

  • order for minimum of 6 people group.

ARENAS:
The tournament will take place in several new and modern arenas – Volvo arena, Inbox Halle, Kurbads Halle, OZO Halle (Ozolnieki), Zemgales Halle (Jelgava), Mogo Ledus Halle, Mārupe Ledus Halle. Other Arenas might be used if necessary.

REFEREES:

We also request participating clubs to bring 1 or 2 high level referees, but this is not mandatory. Referees are offered free accommodation (based on arrival on Thursday and departure on Monday and on sharing a double room including breakfast in 4-star hotel Bellevue Park) as well lunch and dinner on Friday, Saturday, and lunch on Sunday at the arena. Travel costs will be on their own expenses. No further payments will be made.

ACCREDITATION:

Accreditation takes place before each tournament

- Thursday, 20:45, Bellevue Park hotel, Slokas iela 1, Riga

The representatives of the teams are obliged to attend the pre-tournament accreditation in order to:

- confirm the number and age of participants,
- clarify the players numbers,
- receive accreditation cards of coaches and managers,
- settle other issues related to the tournament.

HOW TO MAKE REGISTRATION

  • Apply your team via online registration form.
  • After registration you will receive deposit invoice that needs to be paid by bank transfer (no exceptions can be maid). All transfer costs must be paid by the team. Teams who fail to pay the deposit will not be guaranteed a place in the tournament.
  • When deposit received the name of the team will be published in rhc.lv, and team manager will receive access to our online platform. Login name and password will be sent to team manager`s e-mail address.
  • The application implies the obligations of both parties. For teams not accepted to participate in the tournament, the deposit fee of 400 EUR is returned in full. If a team cancels its participation after it has been included in the list of participants, the deposit fee is not refundable.
