1. There will be 6 groups of 3 teams and 2 groups of 4 teams in the first round. All teams in their individual group play each other once.

2A. After the 1st round numbers 1 and 2 of each group will qualify for groups K, L, M and N for places 1 until 16. All teams in their individual group play each other once.

2A1. After the 2nd round numbers 1 and 2 of each group (K, L, M and N) will qualify for quarter finals, semi finals and finals in accordance with the game schedule for places 1 until 8.

2A2. After the 2nd round numbers 3 of each group (K, L, M and N) will qualify for semi finals and finals in accordance with the game schedule for places 9 until 12.

2A3. After the 2nd round numbers 4 of each group (K, L, M and N) will qualify for semi finals and finals in accordance with the game schedule for places 13 until 16.

2B. After the 1st round numbers 3 and 4 of each group will qualify for groups O and P for places 17 until 26. All teams in these groups play each other once in their individual group.
