- There will be 5 groups of 3 teams and 1 group of 4 teams in the first round. All teams in their individual group play each other once.
2A. After the 1st round numbers 1 and 2 of each group will qualify for groups G, H, K and L for places 1 until 12. All teams in their individual group play each other once.

2A1. After the 2nd round numbers 1 and 2 of each group will qualify for 1/8th finals, quarter finals, semi finals and finals in accordance with the game schedule for places 1 until 16.
2A2. After the 2nd round numbers 3 of each group will qualify for group N for places 9 until 12.

2B. After the 1st round numbers 3 and 4 of each group will qualify for group M for places 13 until 19. All teams in this group play each other once except the teams who played each other in the 1st round (3C vs 4C).
