1. There will be 5 groups of 5 teams and 1 group of 6 teams in the first round. All teams in their individual group play each other once. 

2A. After the 1st round numbers 1 and 2 of each group will be qualified for groups G, H, K and L for places 1 until 16. All teams in their individual group play each other once.

2A2. After the 2nd round numbers 3 of each group will be qualified for quarter finals, semi finals and finals for places 9 until 16 in accordance with the game schedule.

2B. After the 1st round numbers 3 and 4 of each group will be qualified for groups M, N, O and P for places 13 until 24. All teams in their individual group play each other once.
