1. There will be 4 groups of 4 teams in the first round. All teams in their individual group play each other once. 

2A1. After the 1st round numbers 1 and 2 of each group will qualify for groups E and F for places 1 until 8. All teams in their individual group play each other once.

2A2A. After the 2nd round numbers 1 and 2 of each group (E and F) will qualify for semi finals and finals for places 1 until 4 in accordance with the game schedule.

2A2A. After the 2nd round numbers 3 and 4 of each group (E and F) will qualify for semi finals and finals for places 5 until 8 in accordance with the game schedule.

2B1. After the 1st round numbers 3 and 4 of each group will qualify for groups G and H for places 9 until 16. All teams in their individual group play each other once.
