1. There will be 3 groups of 5 teams and 1 group of 6 teams in the first round. All teams in their individual group play each other once.

2A. After the 1st round numbers 1 and 2 of each group will qualify for quarter finals, semi finals and finals in accordance with the game schedule for places 1 until 8.

2B. After the 1st round numbers 3 and 4 of each group will qualify for quarter finals, semi finals and finals in accordance with the game schedule for places 9 until 16.

2C. After the 1st round numbers 5 and 6 of each group will qualify for group E for places 17 until 21. All teams in this group play each other once except the teams who played each other in the 1st round (5C vs 6C). The result of the 1st round game between 5C and 6C will be carried forward to the 2nd round (Group E).
