Insurance Policy Claim Instructions

🛡️ During the Riga Hockey Cup, participant safety remains a top priority. To support this, Balcia Insurance is providing Junior Accident Insurance, which ensures coverage for all players throughout the tournament.

🏥 The insurance covers compensation for trauma and medical expenses on all game days, offering financial support and protection. The insurance is automatic for all players, starting on day one till the last game of their game schedule.

⚠️ What to Do in Case of an Accident
If an incident occurs during the tournament, participants must follow these steps to ensure a successful insurance claim:

1. Confirm the injury with the Riga Hockey Cup (RHC) doctor and obtain an injury case number.
2. Receive a medical diagnosis/transcription from the medical institution.
3. Collect all necessary documents, including receipts for any expenses.
4. Apply for an insurance claim by contacting Balcia as soon as possible (recomendation - 30 days).
