CHARITY PROJECT 

Seven years ago, our “Riga Hockey Cup” organizers team started a charity project with the aim to donate to an orphanage. Orphanage and childcare center “Dzeguzite” (http://www.dzeguzite.lv/) was chosen in 2011 and Raiskuma boarding school – rehabilitation center (http://www.raiskumaintsk.edu.lv/) and St. John’s church in Cesis in addition in 2012 and 2013. Past 9 years were successful. Therefore we have decided to continue with the charity during this year’s “Riga Hockey Cup Tournament.” We hope that you will join and help us the same way you did during the past seven years.

What do we want to achieve?

1. to make an unforgettable memory for the children from the orphanage and childcare center “Dzeguzite” and Raiskuma boarding school – rehabilitation center;

2. to deliver charity presents such as winter and summer clothing and shoes for both infants and teenagers, as well as various practical and leisure time presents;

3. to deliver charity presents for the people of St. John's Church in Cesis.
